1- Delivery Service Overview
Nationwide Delivery Fee: £8.99 for the first 20 kilos
Additional Weight: £3.00 for every 10 kilos thereafter (via third-party courier)
2- Delivery Times
Orders Placed Before 2 PM: Delivered within 1–2 working days
Orders Placed After 2 PM: Delivered within 2–3 working days
Weekend/Public Holidays:
No Saturday or Sunday deliveries
Orders placed after 2 PM on Thursday will be dispatched the following Monday
3- Tracking & Communication
You will receive a tracking number and estimated delivery window via SMS/email from our courier.
4- Failed Deliveries & Liability
Missed Deliveries: If no one is available, the courier will leave the parcel in a safe place (if specified during checkout).
Perishable Items: Must be collected from the local depot if delivery fails.
Non-perishable Items: Can be redelivered (additional fees may apply).
Customer Responsibility: Watan Superstore is not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect/missing delivery instructions or for perishable goods spoiled after a failed delivery attempt.
