1. Becoming a Customer

You must be 18+ to place an online order.

Delivery is available within our designated service areas.

We accept debit/credit cards and other approved payment methods.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion.

Out-of-Stock Items

If an item is unavailable, we may substitute it with a similar product of equal or greater value.

You can opt out of substitutions in the Order Instructions section.

If no substitute is available, you’ll receive a refund or store credit.

 

2. Account & Security

You may create an account for faster checkout.

Keep your login details secure—you’re responsible for all account activity.

Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

 

3. Pricing & Promotions

Prices are as displayed at checkout (including VAT, if applicable).

Promotions (e.g., discounts, Happy Hour deals) are while stocks last and may have restrictions.

4. Delivery & Pickup

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery windows are not guaranteed (traffic, weather, etc., may cause delays).

Same-day delivery is available for select postcodes (cutoff time: [Time]).

Express Delivery (if offered) has additional fees and restrictions.

Failed Deliveries

If no one is available, we’ll leave the parcel in a safe place (as per your instructions).

Perishable items left unattended are at the customer’s risk.

5. Returns & Refunds

Online Orders

Faulty/incorrect items: Report within 24 hours for a refund/replacement.

Perishables: No returns unless spoiled or misdelivered.

Non-perishables: Return within 7 days with original packaging for a refund.

In-Store Purchases

Fresh/Frozen items: No refunds once taken out of the store.

Other items: Refund/exchange within 14 days with receipt (unopened & unused).

 

6. Liability & Disclaimers

We’re not liable for:

Delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances.

Allergen cross-contamination (check product labels).

Theft or damage after delivery.

Website images are for reference only—actual products may vary.

 

7. Account Deletion

Request deletion via support@watansuperstore.com.

Data is erased within 30 days (transaction records retained for legal compliance).
