A delicate bright tea with a distinctive flavour and a beautiful golden colour. The rich amber brew fills the mouth with an invigorating and satisfying burst of flavour that is brisk palate tingling yet refined. It can be served with milk or a slice of lemon for a truly refreshing experience. Pair with croissants or pains aux raisins at breakfast or with traditional afternoon tea sandwiches, rich fruit cakes and sweet pastries.

1. Delivery Service Overview

Nationwide Delivery Fee: £8.99 for the first 20 kilos

Additional Weight: £3.00 for every 10 kilos thereafter (via third-party courier)

2. Delivery Times

Orders Placed Before 2 PM: Delivered within 1–2 working days

Orders Placed After 2 PM: Delivered within 2–3 working days

Weekend / Public Holidays:

- No Saturday or Sunday deliveries

- Orders placed after 2 PM on Thursday will be dispatched the following Monday

3. Tracking & Communication

A tracking number and estimated delivery window will be provided by our courier via SMS/email.

4. Failed Deliveries & Liability

Missed Deliveries:

-If no one is available, the courier will attempt to leave the parcel in a safe place (if specified during checkout).

Perishable Items: Must be collected from the local depot if delivery fails.

Non-perishable Items: May be redelivered (fees may apply).

Customer Responsibility:
Watan Superstore is not liable for:

- Failed deliveries due to incorrect/missing delivery instructions.

- Perishable goods spoiled after a failed delivery attempt.
